Decided to purchase birthday steaks from Lipsey Friday, before the weekend. We purchased filet, NY strips, boneless ribeyes, hamburger patties, and I could not leave the brisket queso behind. We have purchased, and eaten lots of high end steaks and Lipsey ranks right up at the top. The filet literally melted in my mouth, perfect cut!

Was delighted to visit Lipsey Beef Co. on Saturday. Tremendous selection of cuts in their own Angus. Some surprising cuts like Tri-tip, Denver, and Bavette that you normally don't see in the Texas market grocery stores had me thinking I may need an auxiliary deep freeze to augment our RV freezer!

We will not go back to buying meat at any of the chain stores again.
