Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Method
All frozen beef products are shipped in insulated packaging with food-grade gel packs or dry ice to maintain safe frozen temperatures during transit. Orders ship via overnight or expedited ground service, depending on destination and weather conditions.
2. Shipping Days
Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the risk of delays and prevent packages from sitting in transit over weekends or holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next available shipping day.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship frozen beef to:
- United States
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Overnight / Express: 1 business day
- Expedited Ground: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including weather and carrier delays.
5. Receiving Your Order
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Upon arrival:
- Beef should arrive frozen or partially frozen and cold to the touch.
- If the product is still cold (below 40°F / 4°C), it is safe to refrigerate or refreeze immediately.
6. Food Safety Disclaimer
Once an order has been delivered, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for spoilage due to:
- Missed deliveries
- Incorrect shipping information
- Failure to promptly refrigerate or freeze upon delivery
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Weather Considerations
During extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay shipment to protect product quality and food safety.
